1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms of Service / Terms of Sale") govern access to and use of the website wizbaddigital.com as well as the provision of services offered by Wizbad Digital, hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider". Any use of the site or order placed for a service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

3. Services offered
Wizbad Digital offers the following services:
- Vehicle rental with or without a driver;
- Rental of furnished apartments and houses (short and long stays);
- Website and web application development;
- Graphic design, branding and visual identity;
- SEO and technical maintenance.
4. Orders and quotes
Every request is submitted through the website quote form, WhatsApp or email. The Service Provider undertakes to reply within 2 business hours. An order becomes binding only after written acceptance of the quote and, where applicable, receipt of a deposit.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices listed on the site are in CFA francs (XOF), all taxes included unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods:
- Mobile Money (MTN, Moov);
- Bank transfer;
- PayPal for international payments;
- Cash (on-site only).
For digital services, a 50% deposit is required when placing the order. The balance is due upon delivery.
6. Vehicle rental
The renter must present a valid driver's license and a valid ID. A security deposit is required depending on the vehicle (40,000 to 300,000 XOF). The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up. Any damage will be charged to the renter.
The mileage allowance is stated on each vehicle's page. Additional kilometers are charged at 200 XOF/km.
7. Apartment rental
Check-in and check-out take place at the times agreed upon. The renter is responsible for the items made available throughout the stay. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before arrival will result in one night's charge being retained.
8. Digital services (web & design)
Deliverables are provided in digital form. The client is entitled to 3 rounds of revisions on design projects. Any additional revision will be billed according to a separate quote. Intellectual property is transferred to the client upon full payment.
9. Warranties and liability
The Service Provider undertakes to deliver services of a quality consistent with professional standards. Its liability shall not be engaged in the event of force majeure, fault attributable to the client, or improper use of the service.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Beninese law and the OHADA Uniform Acts. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable settlement. Failing that, the competent courts of Cotonou shall have sole jurisdiction.
11. Amendments to the Terms
Wizbad Digital reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the day the order is placed.
